HOW IT WORKS?

Below is the step-by-step process of how the weight loss program works.
1. You fill the Lifestyle Assessment Form.
2. Once we review your Lifestyle Assessment form, we will reach out to you on WhatsApp to book the schedule for the detailed Consultation Call.
3. After the consultation call,  you will get back to us when you would like to start the program.
4. Once you confirm that you want to start the program, you will have a dedicated coach assigned who will be tracking your progress 1-on-1 until your weight loss journey completes.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I BE ABLE TO LOSE?

This is the most common question that everyone has and there is NO way anyone can tell how much that would be. It totally depends on the person's metabolic rate, body type, health condition & how well they follow the program. Typically, a person lose 2-4 kgs in a month but result differs from person to person.

DO I NEED TO JOIN GYM?

While doing exercise is good for the overall health of the body. But, you DO NOT need to join gym. Although, that totally depends on the fitness goal you are looking for. Depending on the root cause of your weight gain and your current fitness & health condition, we recommend you some form of physical activity that you can do from the comfort of your home.

I HAVE JUST DELIVERED A BABY. CAN I START WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM?

We recommend to start the journey after 6 months of the delivery of the baby.
